General Considerations

Events involving exchange or refund must be reported to the Central Customer Service.

Our products suffer no change in our distribution center. We send products to our customers in exactly the same way they were received from the manufacturer. If any of the following occurs, please refuse receipt of the product:

Damaged Product

If the product (contact lenses) purchased becomes defective within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, the customer should contact Viallure and report it for clarification. Not considered for warranty purposes: tears, cracks, mold, improper handling, inadequate aseptic products, or proteins and bacteria.

The produts must be returned in its original packaging (glass, blisters or metallic seals) of warranty, accompanied by manual and all accessories

Damaged products are sent to the manufacturer within 30 days for analysis.
